What data we process

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone using the details published on gesawin.com, we will process the data you provide: usually your name, company, job title, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry.

To display typography, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your device’s IP address in order to deliver the files. More information in Google’s privacy policy.

Web analytics

If you accept it in the cookie notice, this site uses Vercel Web Analytics, an audience measurement service provided by Vercel, Inc., to obtain aggregate statistics on how the site is used and to improve its operation and content.

This tool measures the pages visited, traffic sources, device and browser type, and approximate geographic location. According to Vercel’s documentation, Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors and relies on pseudonymised identification to produce aggregate statistics.

We use this data only to analyse traffic and use of the site, without trying to identify anyone. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer of the home page or in the cookie policy. To respond to your request for information, a demo or a quote for GESAWIN Platform and its services.
To manage the pre-contractual and, where applicable, contractual relationship, including support and configuration of the platform.
To obtain aggregate statistics on use of the site, only if you accept analytics.
To comply with our legal obligations.
To send you commercial information about the products and services of GENERAL DE ETIQUETAJE, S.A., only if you have expressly agreed to it.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent you give when contacting us or agreeing to receive commercial communications, the taking of pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and compliance with legal obligations, under article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To stop receiving commercial communications, simply say so in reply to any of them or write to gesa@generaletiquetaje.com.

Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or maintain the business relationship, and until you request its erasure. It will then be kept blocked for the periods established by law to address any possible liabilities, after which it will be deleted.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the contracted service. Providers of technology services to us, such as e-mail, may access it as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you accept analytics, Vercel, Inc. processes the usage data described in the web analytics section.

Third-party data

If you give us data about other people, such as colleagues at your company, you confirm that you have informed them of this policy and have their permission to share it with us.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to gesa@generaletiquetaje.com or to the address above, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not properly handled your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy due to legal changes or changes in how the site works. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
